Tell us about yourself (tell us about your family, your hobbies, interests, etc):
I am 40 years old, married and the mother of a 6 year old boy. We are very close, they mean the world to me. I love spending time with my family. We like to camp, watch movies, read, spend time together. My fun adventure this year is being in the Relay for Life Committee, tons of work for a great cause.

Tell us your fitness history (was there a time where you in shape? If so, what happened?? Were you always out of shape?):
I used to be in very good shape, healthy, fit until 6 years ago. When I had my son I had pretty much every complication that you can have. I thought that I wasn't going to see my little guy grow up. My Doctor sent me home in kidney failure and things went down hill from there. I finally got off all the meds in May, so I am ready to take control of my life again.

What made you enter the Belly Buster?:
I thought this would be a great way to get started on the path to fitness, instead of roundness. What a great way to get to know my co-workers too!

What are your goals in the Belly Buster?

I would love to feel good and drop down to 1 set of butt checks!

What do you think will be your biggest challenges in the Belly Buster??
Making the time for myself to work out. Work and family sort of monopolize my time right now.

What are your long term fitness goals, for when the Belly Buster is over??

Get this routine set up as just a part of my everyday life.
